Uri.UriSchemeHttps Field

Specifies that the URI is accessed through the Secure Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTPS). This field is read-only.

public static readonly string UriSchemeHttps

The following example creates a Uri instance and determines whether the scheme is UriSchemeHttps.


Uri address10 = new Uri("https://example.contoso.com");
if (address10.Scheme == Uri.UriSchemeHttps)
    outputBlock.Text += "Uri is Https protocol\n"; 



Uri address8 = new Uri("https://example.contoso.com");
if (address8.Scheme == Uri.UriSchemeHttps)
    Console.WriteLine("Uri is Https protocol.");
