Loads the service element from the configuration file of the hosted service.

Parameters

- Type: System.ServiceModel.Configuration.ServiceElement
The ServiceElement to be loaded from configuration.

| ArgumentNullException | serviceSection is null. |
| InvalidOperationException | The description of the service hosted is null. |
