TcpTransportBindingElement.PortSharingEnabled Property

Gets or sets a value that indicates whether TCP port sharing is enabled for this connection.

Namespace:  System.ServiceModel.Channels
Assembly:  System.ServiceModel (in System.ServiceModel.dll)
public bool PortSharingEnabled { get; set; }

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if TCP port sharing is enabled; otherwise, false. The default value is false.

Using this setting requires enabling the WCF TCP Port Sharing Service by changing its Startup Type to Manual or Automatic.

The following example shows how to get a value that indicates whether TCP port sharing is enabled.

bool portSharingEnabled = bElement.PortSharingEnabled;
