CommunicationObject.ThrowIfDisposed Method

Throws an exception if the communication object is disposed.

Assembly:  System.ServiceModel (in System.ServiceModel.dll)

ExceptionCondition
ObjectDisposedException

The communication object is in a Closing or Closed state.

CommunicationObjectFaultedException

The communication object is in a Faulted state.

No exception is thrown if the communication object is in a Created, Opening or Opened state. A communication object is disposed once Close is called on it.

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1

Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows Vista SP2, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core Role not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core Role supported with SP1 or later; Itanium not supported)
