Using this class is not recommended. A better practice is to use RijndaelManaged with a CryptoStream object. The CryptoStream object handles the padding issues that can occur when using directly. For an example, see the RijndaelManaged class.
Both the CreateEncryptor and CreateDecryptor methods return an instance of the class that is initialized with the key information of the current RijndaelManaged object. To encrypt or decrypt data using the Rijndael algorithm, pass the object returned by these methods to a CryptoStream object.
