ServiceNameElement Constructor

Initializes a new instance of the ServiceNameElement class.

public ServiceNameElement()

When this constructor is used to initialize a new instance of the ServiceNameElement class, the Name property is set to null.

The Name property should be set to an appropriate value for the application before calling the Add method to add the ServiceNameElement instance to the ServiceNameElementCollection class.
