IcmpV4Statistics.ParameterProblemsSent Property

Gets the number of Internet Control Message Protocol version 4 (ICMPv4) Parameter Problem messages that were sent.

Property Value

Type: System.Int64
An Int64 value that specifies the total number of ICMP Parameter Problem messages that were sent.

Parameter Problem messages are sent when a host computer or router encounters problems while processing the contents of a packet header, such as encountering an invalid IPv4 option or an invalid Next Header type.

The following example displays the value of this property.
