MemoryMappedFile.SetAccessControl Method

Sets the access control to the memory-mapped file resource.

Parameters

memoryMappedFileSecurity
Type: System.IO.MemoryMappedFiles.MemoryMappedFileSecurity
The permissions that can be granted for file access and operations on memory-mapped files.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentNullException

memoryMappedFileSecurity is null.

InvalidOperationException

An underlying call to set security information failed.

NotSupportedException

An underlying call to set security information failed.

UnauthorizedAccessException

An underlying call to set security information failed.
