IRecordSequence.LastSequenceNumber Property

When overridden in a derived class, gets the sequence number which is greater than the last record appended.

A sequence number which is greater than the last record appended.

ObjectDisposedException

The property was accessed after the sequence has been disposed of.

This property contains a sequence number that is guaranteed to be larger than the sequence number of the last appended record. Valid sequence numbers are greater than or equal to BaseSequenceNumber and less than LastSequenceNumber.

NoteNote:

When using a LogRecordSequence instance, the LastSequenceNumber value can become out of date until records are flushed to the log. See Flush and RecordAppendOptions for more information on flushing records..
