Override the method to authenticate a specific security token type.
When the method is overridden, follow these guidelines:
When the security token passed into the token parameter cannot be validated, throw the SecurityTokenValidationException exception.
When null is returned by this method, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) throws the SecurityTokenValidationException exception.
The method is called by the ValidateToken method.
