Updates properties in the SecurityTokenHandlerConfiguration objects for the SecurityTokenHandlerCollection objects contained in the SecurityTokenHandlerCollectionManager to be consistent with the property values on this IdentityConfiguration instance.

Remarks
This method should be invoked prior to using the token handlers to process tokens. The SecurityTokenHandlerCollectionManager property specifies the SecurityTokenHandlerCollectionManager that contains the security token handlers configured for this instance.
