A MemberDescriptor that indicates the member that is about to be changed.
Call this method only when you affect component properties directly and not through accessors provided by MemberDescriptor.
- Full trust for the immediate caller. This member cannot be used by partially trusted code. For more information, see Using Libraries from Partially Trusted Code.
