ArgumentDirection Enumeration

Specifies the direction of data flow for an Argument.

Member nameDescription
InAn Argument that represents the flow of data into a workflow or activity.
OutAn Argument that represents the flow of data out of a workflow or activity.
InOutAn Argument that represents the flow of data into and out of a workflow or activity.

In this example, an InArgument<T> of type String is created using the Create(Type, ArgumentDirection) method of the Argument class.

Argument a = Argument.Create(typeof(string), ArgumentDirection.In);
