Parameters
- action
- Type: System.Collections.Specialized.NotifyCollectionChangedAction
The action that caused the event. This can be set to Reset, Add, or Remove.
- changedItems
- Type: System.Collections.IList
The items affected by the change.
- startingIndex
- Type: System.Int32
The index where the change occurred.
