ObservableCollection(T) Constructor (List(T))

Initializes a new instance of the ObservableCollection(T) class that contains elements copied from the specified list.

Namespace:  System.Collections.ObjectModel
Assembly:  System (in System.dll)
new : 
        list:List<'T> -> ObservableCollection

Parameters

list
Type: System.Collections.Generic.List(T)

The list from which the elements are copied.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentNullException

The list parameter cannot be a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

The elements are copied onto the ObservableCollection(T) in the same order they are read by the enumerator of the list.
