Message.WriteStartBody Method (XmlDictionaryWriter)

Serializes the start body of the message using the specified XmlDictionaryWriter.

Parameters

writer: Type: System.Xml.XmlDictionaryWriter
An XmlDictionaryWriter object to be used to write the start body.
