FileDialog.FileOk Event

Occurs when the user selects a filename by either clicking the Open button of the OpenFileDialog or the Save button of the SaveFileDialog.

Namespace: Microsoft.Win32
Assembly: PresentationFramework (in presentationframework.dll)

'Declaration
Public Event FileOk As CancelEventHandler
'Usage
Dim instance As FileDialog
Dim handler As CancelEventHandler

AddHandler instance.FileOk, handler

/** @event */
public void add_FileOk (CancelEventHandler value)

/** @event */
public void remove_FileOk (CancelEventHandler value)

In JScript, you can handle the events defined by a class, but you cannot define your own.
<object FileOk="CancelEventHandler" .../>

FileOk is raised after the user selects a filename, but before the dialog closes, which allows you to process the selection. If required, the user's selection can be cancelled by setting the Cancel property of the CancelEventArgs argument to true.
