Parameters

handler
Type: System.Net.Http.HttpMessageHandler

The HttpMessageHandler responsible for processing the HTTP response messages.

disposeHandler
Type: System.Boolean

true if the inner handler should be disposed of by Dispose(),false if you intend to reuse the inner handler.
