MultipartFormDataContent.Add Method (HttpContent, String, String)

Add HTTP content to a collection of HttpContent objects that get serialized to multipart/form-data MIME type.

Parameters

content
Type: System.Net.Http.HttpContent

The HTTP content to add to the collection.

name
Type: System.String

The name for the HTTP content to add.

fileName
Type: System.String

The file name for the HTTP content to add to the collection.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentException

The name was a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) or contains only white space characters.

-or-

The fileName was a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) or contains only white space characters.

ArgumentNullException

The content was a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
