Parameters

- Type: System.Object
The value from the binding target to check.
- cultureInfo
- Type: System.Globalization.CultureInfo
The culture to use in this rule.
- owner
- Type: System.Windows.Data.BindingGroup
The binding group that uses the validation rule.
