.ComputeCounterValue Method (CounterSample)
Computes the calculated value of a single raw counter sample.

method overload returns meaningful results only for performance counters of the following ComputeCounterValue(CounterSample) : PerformanceCounterType
For other counter types, this overload always returns a value of 0 (zero).
