ObjectMaterializer<TDataReader>.CreateOrderedEnumerable<TElement> Method

This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Creates an ordered sequence from a specified collection of values.

Assembly:  System.Data.Linq (in System.Data.Linq.dll)

public static IOrderedEnumerable<TElement> CreateOrderedEnumerable<TElement>(
	IEnumerable<TElement> items
)

Type Parameters

TElement

The type of the values in the ordered sequence.

Parameters

items
Type: System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable<TElement>

The values to put in the ordered sequence.

Return Value

Type: System.Linq.IOrderedEnumerable<TElement>
An ordered sequence that contains the specified values.

Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows Vista SP2, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core Role not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core Role supported with SP1 or later; Itanium not supported)
