Any attempt is made to access the method, when the method is not overridden in a descendant class.
Call when you are finished using the WebResponse. The method leaves the WebResponse in an unusable state. After calling , you must release all references to the WebResponse so the garbage collector can reclaim the memory that the WebResponse was occupying.
