TypeDescriptor.GetDefaultProperty Method (Object, Boolean)

Returns the default property for the specified component with a custom type descriptor.

	bool noCustomTypeDesc

Parameters

component
Type: System.Object
The component to get the default property for.
noCustomTypeDesc
Type: System.Boolean
true to consider custom type description information; otherwise, false.

Return Value

Type: System.ComponentModel.PropertyDescriptor
A PropertyDescriptor with the default property, or null if there are no properties.

ExceptionCondition
NotSupportedException

component is a cross-process remoted object.

If the component parameter is null, this method returns null.
