Bitmap Constructor (Image)

Initializes a new instance of the Bitmap class from the specified existing image.

Dpi bug
This constructor changes the original dpi of the image to 96x96, is this a bug? for sure it is.
This does NOT create an image with the same properties.
Be careful with this constructor. To me, it implies it creates an image with the same properties as supplied image. It does not; it matches the dimensions but may choose a different (preferred) pixel format.
