Int32.Equals Method (Int32)

Returns a value indicating whether this instance is equal to a specified Int32 value.

Namespace:  System
Assembly:  mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)
public bool Equals(
	int obj
)

Parameters

obj
Type: System.Int32

An Int32 value to compare to this instance.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if obj has the same value as this instance; otherwise, false.

Implements

IEquatable<T>.Equals(T)

This method implements the System.IEquatable<T> interface, and performs slightly better than Int32.Equals(Object) because it does not have to convert the obj parameter to an object.
