I spent too much time looking through proper instructions on internet on this simple task: create and host WCF Service in IIS and then consume it. FYI, the Web Service Task is stuck with a timeout of 100 seconds in SQL SSIS 2005 RTM, SP1, and SP2. Even when you set the HTTP Connection Manager's timeout higher or lower, it does not take effect on the Web Service Task.
