New Constructor? (SmtpClient Constructor (System.Net.Mail))
Anyone think they should make a constructor that takes a NetworkCredential as a parameter for the credentials?

I see this a lot. The example given is the simpliest possible example. Why don't you give examples that utilize the more complicated applications of a function? In this case, if I wanted to use the default credientials I wouldn't be looking at this page.
