This error was reported to me during an attempt to convert a VB.Net web application from Visual Studio.NET 2003 to 2005. Visual Studio.Net 2003 is still installed an this error seems inadequate. Furthermore, I suppose that the conversion wizard should know what to do with a .vbproj file.

This option is not included in Express 2008 c# however this document says it should be there. Please leave a comment above to get this fixed.
