XmlWriter Properties

WriteState Supported by the .NET Compact Framework.	When overridden in a derived class, gets the state of the writer.
XmlLang Supported by the .NET Compact Framework.	When overridden in a derived class, gets the current xml:lang scope.
XmlSpace Supported by the .NET Compact Framework.	When overridden in a derived class, gets an XmlSpace representing the current xml:space scope.
