Initializes a new instance of the XmlDocumentFragment class.

ownerDocument: Type: System.Xml.XmlDocument
The XML document that is the source of the fragment.

Remarks

Do not instantiate an XmlDocumentFragment directly; instead, use methods such as CreateDocumentFragment.
