Parameters

value: Type: System.String
An XML name to be decoded.

Return Value

Type: System.String
A decoded string.

Remarks

The protected members of XmlSerializationReader are intended for use by derived classes that are used internally within the .NET Framework XML serialization infrastructure.

The ToXmlNmTokens method is static.

ToXmlNmTokens converts 4-digit hexadecimal UCS-2 codes into Unicode.
