XmlSerializationReader.CreateInaccessibleConstructorException Method

This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Creates an InvalidOperationException that indicates that an object being deserialized cannot be instantiated because there is no constructor available.

The name of the type.

The protected members of XmlSerializationReader are intended for use only by derived classes that are used internally within the Silverlight XML serialization infrastructure.
