Type: System.Xaml.Schema.XamlValueConverter<TypeConverter>A XamlValueConverter<TConverterBase> instance that has TypeConverter constraint; or null.
The XamlDirective implementation only calls base and does nothing more. See XamlMember.LookupTypeConverter. XamlDirective seals this virtual member; therefore, all XamlDirective types and all predefined XAML directives must use this behavior.
