Remarks

This method may be invoked by calls to Invoker.

This implementation returns an internal static XamlMemberInvoker value that is specific to directives in the XAML type system. XamlDirective seals this virtual member; therefore, all XamlDirective types and all predefined XAML directives must use this behavior.
