Gets a collection that specifies data to be extracted from the workflow instance and sent to the tracking service.

When the track point is matched, the runtime tracking infrastructure sends a UserTrackingRecord to the tracking service. The user data is returned in UserTrackingRecord.UserData. The runtime tracking infrastructure can also extract data specified in from the workflow instance and send this in the UserTrackingRecord. The extracted data is encapsulated in TrackingDataItem records and returned in UserTrackingRecord.Body.
You can add ActivityDataTrackingExtract objects to to specify member data that should be extracted from the activity associated with the user event and you can add WorkflowDataTrackingExtract objects to to specify member data that should be extracted from the root activity of the workflow.
