Notifies the ActivityDesigner when the activity it is associated with changes.

- Type: System.Workflow.ComponentModel.Design.ActivityChangedEventArgs
An ActivityChangedEventArgs that contains the event data.
e contains data about what changes were made to the Activity. You can use this method to update the designer state and the UI displayed on the workflow designer when a user makes changes to an activity at design time.
