ExternalDataEventArgs.WaitForIdle Property
Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the event should be raised immediately, or if the workflow should go idle before raising the event.

Property Value
Type: System.Booleantrue if the workflow should go idle before raising the event; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The default value is false.
A value of true indicates that data was submitted to the workflow using EnqueueItemOnIdle. A value of false indicates that data was submitted to the workflow using EnqueueItem.
