A manipulation is a real-time, physical action applied to an object to change its state. A manipulation is interpreted to scale, rotate, or translate the UIElement object. For example, a photo viewing application might allow users to move, zoom, resize, and rotate a photo.
By default, a UIElement does not receive the manipulation events, such as ManipulationStarted and ManipulationCompleted. To receive these events, set ManipulationMode to a value other than None.
