TransformCollection.Insert Method
Inserts a Transform into the TransformCollection at the specified index.

Parameters

- Type: System.Int32
The zero-based index at which value should be inserted.

- Type: System.Windows.Media.Transform
The Transform to insert into the TransformCollection.

Unlike typical implementations of IList(T).Insert, this implementation throws an ArgumentException if you attempt to insert a null (Nothing) reference.
