TextEffectCollection.IndexOf Method

Searches for the specified TextEffect and returns the zero-based index of the first occurrence within the entire collection.

Namespace:  System.Windows.Media
Assembly:  PresentationCore (in PresentationCore.dll)
public int IndexOf(
	TextEffect value
)

Parameters

value
Type: System.Windows.Media.TextEffect
The TextEffect to locate in the collection.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
The zero-based index of the first occurrence of value within the entire collection, if found; otherwise, -1.

Implements

IList<T>.IndexOf(T)

The collection is searched forward starting at the first key frame and ending at the last key frame.

This method performs a linear search; therefore, the average execution time is proportional to Count. That is, this method is an O(n) operation, where n is Count.

This method determines equality by calling Object.Equals.
