TouchDevice.ReportDown Method

Reports that a touch is pressed on an element.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the TouchDown event was handled; otherwise, false.

Classes that inherit from TouchDevice should call this method to raise the TouchDown event. A TouchEnter event is raised before the TouchDown event.
