ICommand.CanExecuteChanged Event

Occurs when changes occur which affect whether or not the command should execute.

In JScript, you can handle the events defined by a class, but you cannot define your own.
You cannot use this event in XAML.

Normally, a command source will call CanExecute on the command when this event occurs.

Normally, if the command cannot execute, the command source will disable itself.
