WebBrowserNavigatedEventArgs Class

Provides data for the WebBrowser.Navigated event.

Namespace:  System.Windows.Forms
Assembly:  System.Windows.Forms (in System.Windows.Forms.dll)

public class WebBrowserNavigatedEventArgs : EventArgs

Handle the WebBrowser.Navigated event to receive notification when the WebBrowser control has navigated to a new document. The WebBrowserNavigatedEventArgs object passed to the event handler lets you retrieve the location of the new document through the Url property. When the WebBrowser.Navigated event occurs, the new document has begun loading, which means you can access some of its content through the WebBrowser.Document, WebBrowser.DocumentText, or WebBrowser.DocumentStream property.

The following code example demonstrates the use of this type. In the example, an event handler reports on the occurrence of the Navigated event. This report helps you to learn when the event occurs and can assist you in debugging. To report on multiple events or on events that occur frequently, consider replacing Show with Console.WriteLine or appending the message to a multiline TextBox.

To run the example code, paste it into a project that contains an instance of type WebBrowser named WebBrowser1. Then ensure that the event handler is associated with the Navigated event.

private void WebBrowser1_Navigated(Object sender, WebBrowserNavigatedEventArgs e) {

System.Text.StringBuilder messageBoxCS = new System.Text.StringBuilder();
messageBoxCS.AppendFormat("{0} = {1}", "Url", e.Url );
messageBoxCS.AppendLine();
MessageBox.Show(messageBoxCS.ToString(), "Navigated Event" );
}
