The VisualStyleElement..::.ToolTip class provides a foundation in which the following classes are defined:

• VisualStyleElement..::.ToolTip..::.Balloon

• VisualStyleElement..::.ToolTip..::.Standard

• VisualStyleElement..::.ToolTip..::.StandardTitle

Each of these classes provides one or more properties that return a VisualStyleElement for the part of the ToolTip specified by the class name.
