Gets or sets the foreground color for the ToolTip.

The foreground Color.

Remarks

Use the BackColor and ForeColor properties to modify the color scheme used by ToolTips. The system default font is automatically used and can only be overridden by owner-drawing the ToolTip. For more information, see the OwnerDraw property.
