ToolStripMenuItem.CheckState Property

Gets or sets a value indicating whether a ToolStripMenuItem is in the checked, unchecked, or indeterminate state.

Property Value

Type: System.Windows.Forms.CheckState
One of the System.Windows.Forms.CheckState values. The default is Unchecked.

InvalidEnumArgumentException

The CheckState property is not set to one of the System.Windows.Forms.CheckState values.

Use the CheckState property to control or determine whether a ToolStripMenuItem is initially checked, unchecked, or in an indeterminate state.

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1
