The ToolStripDropDownClosingEventArgs type exposes the following members.

	Name	Description
	Cancel	Gets or sets a value indicating whether the event should be canceled. (Inherited from CancelEventArgs.)
	CloseReason	Gets the reason that the ToolStripDropDown is closing.
