ScrollProperties Class

Encapsulates properties related to scrolling.

This is an abstract class. The actual derived classes used directly by Windows Forms are HScrollProperties and VScrollProperties, which are returned by the HorizontalScroll and VerticalScroll properties of ScrollableControl.
