Parameters

keyState: Type: System.Int32
The current state of the SHIFT, CTRL, and ALT keys.

escapePressed: Type: System.Boolean
true if the ESC key was pressed; otherwise, false.

action: Type: System.Windows.Forms.DragAction
A DragAction value.
